Google Meet at 09:30 am on 29/05/2020 i.e. Tomorrow Morning

FY BTECH will be arranging Google Meet at 09:30 am on 29/05/2020 i.e. tomorrow morning 

Attendance is compulsory for all division Students of F.Y. BTECH. Attendance will be noted individually.

Agenda of Meeting to make following communications:-

1. Conduction of Exam of 20 Marks
2. Sending Question Papers will be via Official Email Ids to students' offcial Email ids/Whatsapp
3. Submitting scanned answersheets in .pdf format to respective subject email ids
4. Writing PRN Number and Full Name of student on answersheet as per University Record.

5. Dead line to submit answer sheets in required format on or before 06th June 2020.

Care should be taken while attending the Google Meeting:
1. Students should be in mute status of their audio.
2. Camera should be on off mode i.e. video should not be turned on.
3. If you want to ask any question, please use chatting option. Through Chat you can type your questions/doubts.

4. Note: Entire Meeting will be recorded.

Please follow above points strictly to avoid unnecessary noise in the meeting.
