Today, I have designed animated message with SVERI Logo with the help of GIMP Software. I really love the GIMP Software. While operating GIMP Software, Layers are playing very important role. Different layers with different parts of logo can be drafted in each layer.

After creating different layers, we can export the image by clicking on file option from Menu as follows:
Then we should select file option as .gif while saving the file in system.
Click on check box of 'As animation'.
Delay between frames where unspecified: mention milliseconds as 500 i.e. half second. Here frame means machine will consider different layers of GIMP from a editing file.
In this way, .gif file is exported from GIMP software. This .gif file further we can upload in giphy.com website.
https://giphy.com is the website where we can upload our .gif animated image. Image can be embedded and paste that into blogger very easily.
Uploaded images can be stored and stocked in gimphy.com website.
